charge hr active minutes

Hey I just started using my fitbit charge he a couple weeks ago and everything was working fine. Now however, it has stopped tracking my active minutes. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @carlajones! I hope you're ding great! 

Allow me to help, the first step I recommend you is restarting your Charge HR this will refresh the internal logs and your tracker should work properly after this.
