charge hr will not update, I have an android Samsung 7, and An ipad

hello, my Charge HR, will not update have tried numerous times, have reset, turned Bluetooth off, and back on, and is recognised, have even setup device again. 

 

will not update on my ipad also

Is the app asking you to update? 

Version 18.128 was released over a year ago. What version does the Fitbit app say the Charge HR is at?

yes that is what I have 18.128, for dome reason I update it never takes
