Welcome to the Community @Tiziana72. If your tracker is not receiving calls notifications, verify that your phone is a Compatible Device. If it is compatible, Restart your Charge and after the restart process, follow the Call Notifications Troubleshoot.

For Charge 2, make sure that the Notifications are turned on. Press the button on the Charger till the Notifications menu is displayed on the screen. Check that it says On.
