@Susan108 Hi again and sorry you have got the same issue reoccurring - have you checked the Android version you have as I believe the latest update may require Android 5 (Lollipop) , also this latest App Update may cause some issues as it is not working correctly as mentioned previously the link again is https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/App-2-76-1-steps-calories-revert-to-zero-no-live-HR/td-p... - Fitbit are aware and are trying to ascertain where the issue is and fix it (this may take some time)

current versions of Android that may be running on Galaxy S5 are

Nougat: Versions 7.0-

Marshmallow: Versions 6.0 -

Lollipop: Versions 5.0 -

Kit Kat: Versions 4.4-4.4.4; 4.4W-4.4W.2

to find out the version you have go to Apps>Settings>About Device (and it should show under the Model Number

another thing you could try but no guarantees is to clear data and cache from the app force stopping it then un-installing the app (clear data etc should be on the same page as force stop under storage) then restart your phone and re-install the Fitbit app (you may need you password to access Fitbit as you would have cleared all data)

you may also wish to consider giving Customer Service a call to see if they can give more suggestions,

the phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)

Customer Support UK

This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh

Kind Regards

Wayne

Thanks again, Wayne.
My Android version is 6 etc, and I've already uninstalled and
reinstalled. I'm just going to ignore the issue and get on with life,
lol. I think I fuss about it cos i'm a bit ocd with my workout numbers.
What is that song by Jimmy Buffet -- "Breathe in, Breathe out, Move
on." Good advice.
Have a great day.

I'm seeing the same distance issue reported by Susan108. Problem started last week with the update to 2.76 (along with numerous other issues reported by others), and persisted with 2.76.1. My phone is Samsung GS7 w/Android 8.0.0, Charge 2 HR.

App on phone reports wrong (lesser) distance as described above, but the bar graph shows the "right" distance if you examine its 15 minute intervals in the details. Correct value shows on web dashboard.

FWIW the correct value will be shown the following day by the phone app. Delayed gratification. Lack of live HR display on dashboard bugs me more.
