Using the web based dashboard; is there a way to see a finer detailed graph of my heart rate, similar to the sleep cycle chart?

@DavidSFitThere are ways of getting the finer graph detail.

By default Fitbit records your HR plot points at an average of 9 seconds over 24 hours.. I have found when the HR is consistent that goes out to 15 seconds and when you have extra movement that's down to 5 seconds.

You can create a custom record on the PC and then record sections of the day for your HR or use this 3rd party URL  Which gives your HR and you can export into Excel.  This was written to help us select our HR data and I have no relationship with the author.   You can also use this url , the Squash League.

Here is an example of using the data that my old Blaze recorded.. 3 years ago when I started examining what was possible just using the day to day activity.  You can improve the number of HR points if you use Workout.  I did that a few times while asleep.  Tyhe second image is exported using the Squash League URL

I plot my sleeping HR using the Custom activity.

On the fitbit.com dashboard (click 'Dashboard' near top right), the daily heart rate graph gives heart rate at 5 minute intervals.

You can get finer detail on exercise sessions.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
