Hallo,
My samsung galaxy s5 mini won't pair with my new fitbit charge 2.
I've tried this also with the iPhone 7 of my husband and that works fine. I've did a reset of the fitbit and the app but no result. My samsung finds the fitbit charge 2 but while connecting through the app it can't find hem. Can you help me?
Thank you very much!!
Greetings!!

In this case I'd recommend that you go through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on this thread to get your Fitbit Charge 2 to sync correctly. Be sure to follow all of the steps that are related to your mobile device (Android).
If the issue persists, please let me know. I'd like to be sure we can get this resolved.
Hi, i am experiencing the same problem...
I just bought 2 fit bits Charge 2, one for myself and one for my girlfriend.
Doing the set up for me with my Samsung S6 was not a problem, doing the exact same thing with my girlfriends phone (Samsung S5 mini) really does not seem to work. I think I already tried everything (several times): reinstalling the app, switch blue tooth on and off, remove all other blue tooth devices, restart the phone, restart the fitbit...
Am I missing something else? 🙂

@DCools, Is there any possibility that the S5 mini could be connected to any other Bluetooth device? Perhaps that could be interfering with the Fitbit's connection. Let's try to remove all Bluetooth devices from the vicinity of the S5.
@Seventh, Thanks for letting everyone know what worked for you!
Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @ThePhiltz.
Let me help you figure out what could be happening with your Charge 2 and your S5.
The very first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try following all of the steps listed in this help article. While you may have already gone through some of them, I'm sure that trying them in order should do the trick.
Let me know how it goes or if there is anything else that I can help you with.
