Charge 3 not getting notifications from S7

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I searched this and there were a lot of posts but I think they were talking mainly about the device and app not syncing. Mine syncs with the app, but not my phones Bluetooth. So I can't get notifications . I've restarted my phone. Unsynced my charge 2. Turned off Bluetooth and back on. Turned off my do not disturb settings  what should I do?

Hello @RobinLabelle.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried in order to get the notifications to work.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try the steps listed in this help article. While some of the steps you have already tried please try going through all of them in the order that they show up to get the notifications to work.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I did finally get it to accept the Bluetooth. I think there is some kind of security function that blocks it. My phone asked if I wanted Samsung to allow Charge 3 to unlock my phone when near it. I didn't particularly want to, but I did allow it and my phone immediately paired the Bluetooth. This may only work for Samsung users.

Hello @RobinLabelle.

Thanks for sharing those details!

Glad to read that your Fitbit is working now after you granted those permissions. Hopefully it will continue to work like that without any hiccups.

If you have the time, maybe you could visit one of our Discussion boards. Lots of different topics to talk about with other users so maybe you can find something that interests you.
