Hello 

 

What does it mean when you check what features are compatible with the HTC M9 it says "Not compatible with Fitbit Charge"? 

 

I have an HTC M9 and I'm thinking about getting the new Charge 3, but want to know if it will work on my phone?

I'll be happy to answer your question.

 

When a phone is not supported it means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone. Having said that, as long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it.
