fitbit chsrge

My fb charge wasn't synchronizing with the app on my Samsung notebook 10.1. It did for a few days. I deleted it from my account and tried to re add it. The change does not seem to be activating for a new connection, I.e. the diamond sign does not come on the screen. I have done a restart and factory reset. Still same. What can do?

@garyvb Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! So sorry to hear that your Fitbit is not connecting with your Notebook 10. I'd like you to make sure that your devices is in this supported devices list and verify if it's compatible with your Fitbit tracker. If the devices is not compatible, this is why it connected for a while and then it stopped. However, if your Notebook 10 is not in the list, you can submit your request in our "Feature Request" board and people can vote for your suggestion. The more people vote for it, the more chances it will get to be added soon.
