So I've had my fitbit for a couple of months and yesterday I started getting a message saying fitbit.com/setup and that's all it will say. It's now fully charged but I can't get anything else on the screen. Help!

That sounds like your fitbit has become disconnected from your account.
Try adding it again by going into the account section of the app (it looks like a business card) and selecting "set up a device".
