Can someone please tell me why fitbit is not compatible with samsung health? This is unacceptable on both parties.

Only fitbit can give a definitive answer and I'm sure they won't.

 

My view is that fitbit and samsung (and apple) are all competitors in this field - why would they enable a competitor's product to be used in place of their own?
