I purchased a Verso and when I open the Fitbit app it tells me that a firmware update is available.
I selected the download icon but nothing happens. I then went to the account settings, selected the download icon in the devices section which the opened the next page where the UPDATE TRACKER SOFTWARE option shown in red. I selected this option and still nothing happens

@Chris19 The Firmware update occurs over 2.4 gHz WiFi. Is your Versa connected to your WiFi system? You can refresh your WiFi connection in the Fitbit app. It won't work over a public WiFi or over a WiFi that requires a log in each time you connect like a hotel or business WiFi.

After various attempts of trying to link my Versa to my Samsung phone, I eventually gave up and purchased a Apple and now everything is working normally
