Hi my fitbit won't sync and won' let me update , fitbit is saying my battery is not charged when it is fully charged .

Hi, @kayleigh123. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit device? Instructions are here. Tap on the link then scroll down to select your device. Follow the directions three times in quick succession. Please let us know if this resolves the problem.
