My 3 week old fitbit will not sync anymore. Did Fitbit do an update on Tuesday evening (UK)? That was the last time it synced. I have tried on my phone and 2 tablets, have also reinstalled the app and made sure i had wifi, bluetooth and location services switched on. Any help out there?

Thank you for your help. My fitbit arrived in a small ziplock bag with no instructions. We have just worked out how to reset it and all appears well for now.
