flex sync

I cannot sync to the website in my app. When in the app on my samsung it just says Couldn't reach fifit.com to sync. I've tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, restarting the tracker. Nothing seems to be working!!!

Bluetooth is on and my tracker lights up and is flashing i've done my goal today, but it wont sync to the app.
