Hi there @Latifak, welcome to our Fitbit Community. In fact this is how it works the Fitbit Dashboard. Note that when you logged food this will be add daily and will be deducted from your calories counting each day separately.
To explain this better use my example from below:
Note the left panel is from yesterday and the calories are separate from today allowance. And changing dates in the option Select depicted on the screenshot, you can see how many calories you have left. In the example I have only 540 calories in from 2,557 calories that I had. You can find this breakdown from your Food section.
