I'm sorry you're having problems with your trackers not syncing to your devices.
Have you tried restarting your trackers? You can do this by plugging your tracker to the charger and the charger to a power source. Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds and your tracker will restart. After that, try to get your tracker to sync. If that doesn't work, try to set up your tracker as a new device. For that go to the Account section on your app and tap on "Set up as a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
