Best AnswerHappens to me sporadically to. I have noticed, that it happens more often on poor network connection. It seems there is an issue in the server communicating when adding food with bad network what can lead to several entries of the same item.
When it last occurs, my Wi-Fi was kinda unstable. I deactivated Wi-Fi on the phone during the logging and used my mobile phone internet. That works fine. After that I activated Wi-Fi again.
For testing purposes I restarted my router and could also add items without problems on the now stable Wi-Fi connection...
