getting the dashboard on your phone

Ok so I had the dashboard on my phone and now I have been onto the internet to post a question I can no long get the dashboard open on my phone!!  Is there anyone out there that is brave enough to maybe help me with this please?

Hum Look at the bottom of the screen and select  Dashboard?

Hi @Jaynbudd,  do you mean your stuck in this bit and want to get back to the app dashboard? I just use the phones back arrow at the bottom of the screen and then press it again while the spinning daisy is still going. 

That generally gets me back in the app.
