lost "settings"

Charge 2 working well for two days now won't sync with my phone and have lost the"settings" function from the fitbit screen? So can't change any of my  preferences

lost settings function - Do you still have the Account icon at top right of main dashboard screen? If so, what happens when click it?  Can you not see a setting screen at all, can you not change settings, do changes not take hold?  What exactly are the symptoms?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks...if I tap the account icon all I get is shop fit bit challenges
etc...nothing that allows me to sync or change any settings like clock face
etc ??? How do I get them back ? I have uninstall the app and reinstalled
it as well as resetting the watch while on charge ...not picking up the
watch on Bluetooth either?

@Brenton12 That sounds very frustrating.

 

Could you take some screen shots of what you see and then post them here as a reply. I'd like to get a better look at what is going on.
