Yes, I have checked the compatible device post, and I can't see my phone on the list. But I didn't have any sync problem until last update! I've had my Huawei phone for two years and fitbit devices. No problem until now. Why is there suddenly sync problems? Says restart Bluetooth almost every time. Since these problems are new, you can't blame the phone. You must have done something to the app. Will the problem be fixed if I Uninstaller latest update?

For what I've read it's completely random. For some people -like me- it simply never worked with *all* the app versions (for more than a year now!)

Hello @H3gzi and @luca85.

As you mentioned, your device is not compatible and as such, we can't guarantee that it will work correctly. Since the app is not fully optimized for that device, and thus updates aren't either, we can't guarantee that it will work as intended. An update could throw the whole thing out of whack even if a previous version was working as intended.

Thanks for your understanding. If you have any questions, please let me know.
