Hi, I am long years Fitbit user having most then few devices in the past. Now I have got Versa2 and replaced my old Charge2 to newest Charge6. Previously, the Charge2 and Versa2 were set up on my account and I was use them interchangeable. Versa was for workday time and Charge dedicated to training sessions. It was perfect solution having all data from 2 devices in single app. Now when replaced Charge 2 to the Charge 6 I cannot have two devices installed in the single account? What a disappointment ! I have this account for years , multiple devices. I do not want two accounts. I was wondering if Fitbit will find solution to this problem. I do not want to make an assessment but it looks like Fitbit lost basic design feature as a compatibility to the different models or the App is poorly designed?  Hope we can work it around and find the solution. I look forward to hear from someone to help.

It has been this way for several years.  There have been hundreds, or probably thousands, of complaints here, but no resolution, and I wouldn't expect one going forward.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
