my alta hr is not syncing with my android phone or computer

I have tried everything that has been suggested via reading the community page and also the fitbit help website and still no luck.  I have turned on/ off bluetooth, restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, force stopped the app, reset my alta hr via the charging cord, unplugged and replugged in my dongle i have even deleted my hr from my account and tried to set it up again but it just keeps saying that it cant pair up with device.  Is there anything I haven't tried, please help I am starting to think that maybe its my alta hr not a connectivity issue.  Thanks in advance.

Same here. I've contacted Fitbit, they have replied once with absolutely no advice other than to follow the troubleshooting (which obviously you do before contacting them) and now they don't reply. On reading the reviews on the Play Store it's a known issue since an update at the beginning of the month. The device is completely useless and I only bought it in March. Hopefully I hear back with a refund or a device that actually connects so it's usable.
