Charge 3 not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 has stopped syncing with my  Galaxy S7 Edge. It has not synced in 3 days. Today, I stopped receiving notifications of my phone calls and text messages. I have only had this one for a few months.

Hi @GoCoogs82, welcome on board. It's good that the community is growing!

I'm sorry that you've had this situation, and thanks for the information provided. Let's work on this together. I've confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is a fully supported device, and to further investigate let me know the Android version. Also, verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the 3.0 version in the Google Play.

If you've not done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.

  3. Then, go back to the previous screen and tap on the option “Force stop”.

  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 3.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon.
  6. Tap the Charge 3 and then on sync now.
  7. Once it has synced, tap on Notifications and enable them.

Let me know how it goes.

I am just reading this. Thanks so much for the response. This morning with nothing on my part, my Fitbit started syncing again.
Thanks,
Wanda
