Hi everyone, for Christmas yesterday j got a brand new fitbit alta and it's now fully charged but all day we've been setting it up and it won't sync with my Huawei phone. We restart it and it has the logo, the the version number then goes back to fitbit. Com/setup. So we go to the website then the app and try to sync again and it won't work. Any help asap please

Which Huawei phone model do you have? There is an issue with the "lite" phones. Fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

If your is not on the list do you have a computer that you could use to set up your fitbit?

II havehave the Huawei p8 lite 2017, however I have seen many people say they manage to get it working with their phone if they first set up their device through the pc...?? Does this work. However my device didn't come with a dongle so is incorrect anyways.

Hi, this is no help but I've had the same problems since beginning of December.
My Fitbit works but won't sync to.my phone, Huawei lite.....

My Fitbit One stopped syncing to my Huawei phone today. I've had the phone since March 2018. The issue might be related to the volume of Fitbits that were given as Christmas gifts. The servers can't handle the volume, happens every December.
