Added the fitbit app to my laptop and somehow the app on my phone reset itself too - now it doesn't track my steps!! What did I do wrong?

@jobut welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would like to ask if you are still experiencing this issue with your account? If you are, did you use the same email address on both devices? When you mentioned you downloaded the app on your computer are you referring to the Windows 10 app or the Fitbit Connect?
