i just got my fitbit charge and have not been able to track or sync it to my samsung galaxy s6 nor my computer.. i have tried uninstalling the app, turning bluetooth off and on, factory resetting the device. hold the button down for multple times nothing seems to work what do i do

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @jcrawford512! In order to start syncing your information to the Fitbit server you will need to setup your tracker. If during that process you get issues, you can try the troubleshoot provided here. If the issue persists, please be sure to reach out to our Support Team.
