How do i add a new fit bit to my app as i had to replace my old one

Hello @liddie,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

Try this:

  1. Launch the App.
  2. Go to your account.
  3. Slide all the way to the bottom.
  4. Tap on "Setup New Fitbit Device".

Follow the instructions from there.

When you launch your App, on the main dashboard.  Do you see an option for "Account" when you tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal dashes) on the very top?

 

Sorry, I don't have an Android phone and am navigating blind.
