no longer syncing active minutes

fitbit flex stopped syncning my active minutes, not recording data correctly in weekly challenge and when i tried to reset, it deleted more than 2k of my steps.....about sick of this thing!

A warm welcome to the Community @kimcage15! I would like to get more details, so I can further investigate it. 

Is your Flex syncing all your data to your Dashboard or is it just not syncing active minutes? Please check your Dashboard in the calories tile to see how active you were during the day, because the graph will change to green during the hours that you were more active than usual. 

 

Regarding your weekly challenge, here are a few things you may want to check. How did you reset it? Did you have any activity logged?
