I have android phone and new alta won't update. Ibe made sure alta is near phone, tried turning blue tooth off and then on again, and got full Internet connection. Any more ideas

Have you checked that your Android is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

hi yes it is compatable, its now updating but it has been doing so for the last 3 hrs, how long does it usually take

That's not right. There was an update sent which zoom loaded on Sunday 9th Oct and since then my Fitbit won't sync either. It goes round and round but won't connect. Have to look with for another update BOOOOOO
