I have android phone and new alta won't update. Ibe made sure alta is near phone, tried turning blue tooth off and then on again, and got full Internet connection. Any more ideas
That's not right. There was an update sent which zoom loaded on Sunday 9th Oct and since then my Fitbit won't sync either. It goes round and round but won't connect. Have to look with for another update BOOOOOO
