Sony Xperia Z3 issues with Android App

Anyone else having issues with the Android app pairing with their Sony Xperia Z3? Im running the latest version of Android 6.0.1 and Bluetooth 4.0.1

I have reset my tracker etc it seems to find the device but then wont double tap so I cant complete set up yet it seems to pair with my phone outside the app

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@EJM1983 Welcome to the Community! At this time, the Sony Xperia Z3 is not one of our compatible devices to use to setup your Flex 2. I recommend setting up your tracker on a device included on our list of supported devices instead. I hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply how do i go about setting up my Flex 2 then as the
other devices you suggest we don't have?
