I am having problems with my alta notifcationsn and my samsung galaxy s7. I am receiving my text messages but often times my fitbit will vibrate multiple times (more than it is supposed to) and also doesn't display the message all the time. Sometimes the display just shows a number ( example it vibrates and then it shows "5") Instead of showing the name/number of my contact and the message.

 

Is this a malfunction of the item?

Hi there @jenna311!

 

Let  me help you out with your notifications. Try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and keep an eye on it. If you still experiencing notifications issue set it up again, check out this great post that my friend @ErickFitbit shared.
