You mean you see km instead of miles and km/h instead of mph? You can change it in settings:
Tap your profile in the upper right corner on your today screen. → Tap "Fitbit settings" → Tap "App Settings"→ Tap "Length" Change to feet / miles

Neither miles, mph nor average pace will be correct unless you use a footpod. Unfortunately Fitbit does not support footpod. I don't know how the Fitbit calculates how far you have run on the treadmill. Something roughly similar would be steps * stride length, but my treadmill runs are consistently ridiculously short.

I just took a short walk and all the data is there- 24 minutes and 1.08 miles. Could they please just add in the simple formula min.s/60 and then take the mileage of 1.08 and divide miles by the mins./60? This yielded 2.7 mph. and it could be shown below the distance data. The user could choose imperial or metric as they do now.

Does the Fitbit management ever respond or make changes on subjects raised in the Forum?
