"COULD NOT LOAD NOTIFICATIONS"

Hello, I have a galaxy s9 and the Charge 2 and I have tried everything to resolve this problem that has been posted. I've cleared cache, rebooted the phone, uninstalled - reinstalled,  battery options that was also given and still nothing. I noticed that it started Tuesday after I update the Fitbit app to the current version 3.18. 

Please help.

Is the problem with notifications not being sent to the tracker? 

Or does the tracker receive the motif ovary but you can not read it on the wrist? 

Or are you able to read the notification on the wrist but when tapping Open, the message does not open up on the phone. 

I'm not aware of what is meant by "will not losd"

Hello thank you for your time, the issue is on the app - when I go into both the messages and notications tab I get " could not load notifications" on the bottom of the screen.
