Hi there

My watch keeps saying "connecting when I am selecting exercises like walk, run, or bike. I have gone through the gambit of unpairing and repairing, restarting, and double checking my allowances on my phone. This is a fairly new Charge 3 and I cant make sense of why this is happening. Please help!

While you can remove the tracker from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices, you do not want to try and pair it.

If you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, you must also remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth list.

Then do an add device to set the tracker up. Of course none of the above will fix connected gps.

Restarting the phone will usually work if app permissions are set.

Check for updates to the phone, and the Fitbit app. Now check the power management for the Fitbit app, this should be disabled.. You may be able to turn this on, after you get gps working.

Next make sure that the app has permission to run in background.

Restart phone and try again.
