"Create Food" Unit not changing

In the past few days when creating a food no matter what I select  (cups, serving, slice, etc), the unit logs as "bar".  It was working fine before but suddenly now it's completely ignoring my selection from the pull down menu. The app is up-to-date.  Am I doing something wrong? Additionally I noticed the calculations are off. I created a food where the serving size is .25 cups (1 qtr cup). When I save the new food I created the calculated calories is WAY off. What's going on?

@seraphim49 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the "create food" option and the explanation.

I will gladly help you with that. I just tried creating a new food item and it let me select the whichever unit I wanted. and it saved However, at the time of logging I can only select the unit I used when creating it. I understood you said it was possible to select whichever unit afterwards. Is that right? I am not familiar with logging custom item, so I cannot confirm.

There are currently some problems with the food log in general. I assume the tool is affected overall. Fitbit is working on a solution already. Please wait for the next update. I appreciate your patience.
