"Editing not supported for this picture"
I have a Google pixel 4xl and a versa 2. I've looked online and tried the uninstalling and reinstalling steps which are the most common responses. After people say that doesn't work, in those threads, there is no further response for a fix.
Hopefully this is the right forum for this.
Thank you.

Best AnswerThis does not work, and considering I have seen multiple replies on other posts with this same issue I would think fitbit would do something about this. Considering the fact that you can not create a group without first adding a picture this is a problem. Why bother offering these fitbit "perks" if they cant be used? very frustrating.
I'm having this same issue! Trying to start a group on my Pixel phone app, and I can't because it's giving me this error! I had to upload a small picture on my computer for my profile picture, but I can't figure out how to find the groups on my computer fitbit.com page. So frustrating!
Tried this multiple times. Never been able to upload profile picture. It's frustrating. I even have a premium membership.
