Fitbit folks.  I simply did a reboot on my Galaxy S6 and the network connection problem went away.  Simple fix and worth a try!

I am having an error logging in to the fitbit app on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app due to a syncing error when I added my new device to the app. Now I cannot log in at all so my device will not work.

I previously had a charge hr and did not experience this problem.

When attempting to log in to the fitbit Android app for the first time, I get an error message -"No network connection" - even though other apps on my device are able to access the internet.

I have seen that a number of other people have had this issue, but I haven't found a solution that works for me. (My device time seems to be correct, and changing it doesn't help.) Any other ideas?

I am having this issue right now, too. Device time and permissions are both fine.

Same here. Exercises disappeared and food logged, but not showing up on app. Desktop website works fine though.

I am new to Fit bit, while making my account I had many "errors" and had to restart. Now that I have made my account I am unable to sign in on my Android and receive a "No Network connection" error.

So I attempt to set up from my computer and it's telling me I need a Dongle and my Charge 2 did not come with such a device. Do I really need to purchase one to continue?
