Did you mean:

"No exercise logged" but I did!

Hi! The Help forum has been a wonderful resource for figuring out many things that have been tripping me up. So, thank you!

My current point of confusion is this: If I do a non-step-based activity, I multi-tap my Flex to put it in exercise/activity mode when I start, then tap at the end of exercise.

After that, I have been unable to find a way to edit the record I created in the Android app (latest version, running on an LG G2). I can do it on the web-based dashboard. Inconvenient, but whatever. The log there is accurate. But, the activity never appears in my Recent Activities tile on the app. The tile will say "No exercise logged" and I get no credit toward my weekly exercise goals (check marks on the "dot calendar"/x of y days goals). I accidentally logged a yoga session from my linked My Fitness Pal account, and that DID appear in the Recent Activities tile. Huh?

It's great to see you around the forums @rattiemomma! Activity logs created directly from your Flex cannot be edited afterwards, since they will only display steps, calories, distance and duration for the activity.

The best option for logging non step based activities is to create a Manual Log after your activity; where you can type in the start time, duration and calories burned. If you don't have the caloric burn number available for a particular non step based activity, our friends over at SparkPeople have a calculator for plenty of activities. Smiley Very Happy
