Using an LG VS501 with Android 7.0 and fully-updated Fitbit app, I can't sync with my Inspire HR watch. Everytime I try, I get a "No internet." message. Similarly, near the top of the Today screen, there's a message saying, " No internet--go online to sync." Next to it, there's a little button saying "Fix It." Thing is, my internet is just fine. I'm posting from my phone. I've tried disconnecting from the internet and using data, I've reconnected to my home wi-fi, and I've tried turning on both simultaneously. I've tried turning off my wifi and using the "fix it" button to reconnect. It just takes me to my normal wifi settings screen, and I get to watch my phone automatically connect to my home wifi. I've gone so far as to uninstall the app, restart my phone, and reinstall the app. I've also restarted my fitbit. Nothing changed.
Anybody have any idea what's going on?

Are you using any firewall or VPN?
Have you checked that Fitbit has permission to use the Internet.
