I haven't been able to sync since December 2nd. I keep getting the message that my tracker can't be found. I'm holding my phone with the tracker on my wrist, so distance isn't an issue. I've tried rebooting my phone (which normally solves syncing issues), as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Bluetooth is on and my tracker is paired with my phone. Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it?

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem.
I've tried making sure location is OK my phone and as it's is Android 6, that Fitbit app has location permissions.
I've also tried reset my Altarnun with the button on the USB charging cable, but no luck.
Best AnswerIt's driving me crazy! I ran a half marathon on Sunday and ended the day with 36,000+ steps and the only option I'm seeing is going to cause me to lose that data! My computer isn't recognizing my device, either. HELP!

Contcted Customer Services only to e told that there is no support for the 3 different devices that I've been using for the last 3 months.
It feels like new versions of software are not backwards compatible and I'm left with a unusable Fitbit.
