Have cbarge 2 and glaxy s8 when phone rings it just displays caller unknown it doesn display name even though they are saved in contacts

Hi,  I restarted both my phone and my fitbit blaze yet I still see "unknown" when a stored contact/number calls. However I can control my music just fine via bluetooth.  I'm  up to date on app and watch AFAIK..

Hi there @Eliamejac, it's nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! In this case why don't you give it a try to the following solution: Calls show unknown caller.

 

Just before you proceed since in the suggestion is require to uninstall and re-install the Fitbit app, make sure to sync your tracker before you continue. You won't loose any data but it is better if your information is updated on your Dashboard.
