I would like to know more details of the issue you are experiencing. I was reviewing your Community profile and I'm not able to see a tracker paired. So I'm assuming you are experiencing issues at the moment to set up your tracker, but I would like to have more context in order to assist you and give you the information you need.
Let me know if you are trying to set up a tracker? Where are you seeing this "excel van oled smart bluetooth wristband"? Which mobile are you using and what tracker you own?
