repairing fitbit charge to my phone.

I accidentally unpaired my fitbit charge from my phone. This morning as a troubleshooting step I removed the device from the app in hopes of being able to setup again. Going through the step is like starting with a brand new device, not an active device. When I hold the button the fitbit for the 3 seconds that app suggest it goes into the stop watch mode.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6. It is like my phone is not seeing the fitbit to allow me to pair it.

Any suggestions are welcome andd hopefully there is a way to actively connect the via bluetooth or through the app.

Hey, @jkarban! It is nice to see you around. Have you tried to restart it a few times in a row? Sometimes this does the trick. As an alternative, I'd also recommend trying to set up your Charge to a computer. Once you do this, you will be able to sync normally with your phone. A warm welcome to the Community @jkarban. I would like to know if you were able to paired your tracker? If you weren't, I recommend restarting your Charge and follow these steps from your Android Fitbit app:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Tap Devices.
3. Tap the + icon in the top right corner.
4. If you're replacing a tracker, tap the tracker you want to replace. If you're setting up a new tracker, tap Add a new Device.
5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

And please don't press the button more than 3 seconds, just press it to turn on the Fitbit.

Hi Alejandra,
I'm still unable to pair my device. I remove the device from my list of devices trying to troubleshoot the issue. I tried the instructions you provided me, but cannot get the device be in a ready state like a new device for the app to see it. Is this possible?
