Can someone help me. My phone isnt compatible with my surge. I cant receive notification ie messages and see whos calling me. Control my music as well. Also i cant get the bike tracker on my surge. Thanks patricia

If it is not in the list of compatible devices, it is not certified to work. Some people have had luck getting phones not on the list to work and others have not.

Im still having problems with surge. My phone and fitbit are compatible
now. On the display i can see notification when someone calls me but not
when someone messages me. Can you please help me.
