I cannot get my charge hr to be added as my device in the fitbit app. I have reset the Bluetooth. Uninstalled the app. Hr is fully charged. S8+ is up to date on latest software and so is the fitbit app. Tried a reset if my device. Notifications are turned on. Location is turned on.

Hello @blueeyedluci, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if is giving you any type of error when you try to set up your tracker?

Please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

I assuming you already have an account with Fitbit, so the process should be more easy. Give it a try to steps fro Android mentioned in the following post here and let me know how far the app allows you to go during the set up process.

See you later and for other questions feel free to let me know
