Hi there, @madhousekeeper. You did the right thing, restarting your Charge 2. When you did that, did the Fitbit icon and version number appear on Charge 2’s screen?
When restarting, you need to hold that button in for 10 to 12 seconds. Personally, I recommend you go thru the restart process three times. This should do it. Please let me know if this resolves your problem.
