Hi there @Jsdaj, welcome aboard to our Community. I'm sorry to hear your tracker broke but I wonder if you were able to contact our Support Team for additional help. I'm sure they can always find a solution on these type of situations.
Regarding your questions, the only feature it can be a substitute for your tracker is MobileTrack. Which uses your phone sensors to track your daily activity. However this feature is not available for all the compatible mobile devices. You can find this information on the following link by searching your mobile phone and confirms if is able to support this feature.
About your sleep this is only possible if you have a tracker paired to your account. Go to your Sleep Tile > In the upper corner you'll find a "+" icon, here you can choose between manually log your sleep or track the sleep with the app.
