step count off due to sync with phone with wrong time

I synced my flex with a phone that had an incorrect clock and got an incorrect step count for yesterday and today. I know I got over 10k yesterday and it only registered 8k and today I have over 18k (which is too high). Ultimately yesterday was cut short and some steps got counted for today. Any help would be appreciated 🙂 thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @happymommy! Your Fitbit Flex may be carrying your steps due to the same error that the clock is not correct. I recommend checking out this article to correct the time. Once you have done that, I'd also try restarting your tracker. You can delete that extra information if needed by manually logging the driving activity.
