steps not registering on challenges

  • my fitbit blaze is showing over 28,000 steps but only this mornings steps of 18,000 are showing up on the challenges? Also phone number for customer service doesn't work. I'm in UK.

Can anyone advise please?

Hi @SunsetRunner  I was told last week from a member on the forums that this phone number works. To call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505. Operation hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
